The Pay Equity Committee (PEC) is happy to report that we have finalized and posted the pay equity plan after receiving comments and feedback from employees. Going forward, the PEC will update and maintain the pay equity plan every 5 years to ensure it is aligned with the legislative requirements in the Pay Equity Act.
