CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR POSITIONS ON THE GUELPH - KITCHENER BRANCH EXECUTIVE

The term of the current Guelph - Kitchener Branch Executive will expire at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday May 14th, 2019.

Thus, nominations are invited for the following positions:

President

Vice-President

Secretary

Treasurer

Member at Large (maximum 7)

The term of office for these positions is for two years effective May 14, 2019.  The duties of the Guelph - Kitchener Branch Executive are described in the constitution of the branch (copies are available from the Institute’s National Office).

All members in good standing of the Guelph - Kitchener Branch are eligible to be candidates except for exclusions and members of the Elections Committee.

The deadline for receipt of nomination forms (see enclosed) is 4:00 p.m. Monday May 6, 2019.  Nomination forms are to be delivered to a member of the Elections Committee.

Candidates are invited to submit a brief resume of their experience and objectives (maximum 150 words) with their nominations.
