PIPSC Victoria Branch Family Bowling Event

Time Slot 1: 11:30 – 1:00 pm
Time Slot 2: 1:00 -2:30 pm
Location: Langford Lanes, 1097 Langford Pkwy, Victoria, BC V9B 0A5
Meal: Lunch and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.
Santa Claus will be available for pictures from 12:30 - 1:30 pm.
There is limited capacity therefore participation will be on a first RSVP, first serve basis.

- the total number of participants including yourself
- your preferred time slot or if your schedule is flexible i.e. prefer time slot 1 but flexible
- special dietary requests/food allergies
