2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Elections
Date: Wednesday, December 11, 2019 (arrive between 4:30-5:00)
Location: Delta by Marriot Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort 100 Harbour Rd, Victoria, BC
Meeting and Elections: 5:00pm - Welcome, Speeches, Elections
Dinner 6:00pm - (timing is fluid, based on agenda proceedings)
All members (regular and retired) are invited to attend and participate in voting for your Subgroup Executive.

Guest Speaker – EWSP update
To ensure food order will account for all confirmed to be in attendance, please RSVP your attendance no later than Saturday, December 7/19 to avcowie@gmail.com. Please indicate if you have any special dietary needs.
There will be a $10 RSVP fee for members, which will be reimbursed at the AGM. Should you wish to bring a guest, there is a $20 charge to defray the meal costs. Please indicate “AVSVIAGM” and your guest’s name in your banking e-transfer message and send to avcowie@gmail.com.
The menu will be festive and offers delicious, varied fare to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and food preferences! Each member will receive two (alcohol) beverage tickets.
Please, no children at this event.
