NR Place de Ville Sub-Group AGM – May 30, 2018

You are personally invited to the Annual General Meeting of the NR (eNgineer aRchitect) Place de Ville Sub-Group on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
This is your Sub-Group, so come and take part! At the AGM, you will be electing your Executive Committee and setting the course for the current year. Since our collective agreement expires this year, we have invited representatives from the Bargaining Team and from the Advisory Team set up to create an Employee Wellness Support Program (EWSP) to answer your questions.
Where: Garrison Sergeant Hall, First Floor, Royal Canadian Legion, Montgomery Branch 351, 330 Kent Street
(seating limited to 60, approximately 300 members invited)
When: Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. (meeting will end by 1 p.m.)
Format: General Meeting and presentation with buffet and drinks
Cost: Covered through your union dues
Nominations: We have 6 positions to fill on the Executive. To facilitate this election, you can submit your candidacy by email to the Elections Committee.
Proposed agenda: meeting, dinner, executive/financial reports; budget; election; discussion on negotiations and the EWSP.
Please let us know by email whether or not you will be attending no later than Friday, May 25, 2018 so that we have enough seats and meals (maximum 60). Make sure to inform us of any special accessibility or dietary (e.g. vegetarian) needs. If any of your co-workers have not received this invitation, let us know as soon as possible.
