9- Elections for Montreal Metro AV sub-group Executive at the following positions:
- presidency
- vice-presidency
- secretariat
- treasurer
- members-at-large
In order to facilitate the candidacies and election process, interested persons are invited to write a presentation text not exceeding 300 characters. A picture, not exceeding 1Mo may be attached. The candidacies will be transmitted to individuals who will have confirmed their presence in the due time.
Candidacies must be sent to Caroline Séguin at czsequin@pipsc.ca no later than May 3, 2018, 6:00PM Montreal time, with an explicit title – for example « candidacy ». Candidacies from the floor on the night of the AGM will be accepted if the candidate is in the room.
