ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place on June 18th at 5:00 PM and will be followed by a dinner for the participating members at a place within walking distance to be announced at the AGM. No member will be admitted to the dinner without previously having attended the AGM.
As places for dinner are limited, please RSVP as soon as possible or no later than June 6th, 2025, by email to your executive at cpmontreal@pipsc.ca.
You will find the Agenda, the Notice of Election and the Call for Applications for the available positions on the Executive a little further down.
The provisional Minutes of the 2024 AGM will be sent out to participating members before the AGM.
To expedite the process at the AGM, we encourage you to review the documents before the meeting.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
Pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of the Montreal CP Sub-Group Bylaws, be advised that the following positions of the Montreal CP Sub-Group Executive will be filled by election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting on June 18th, 2025:
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- 3 Active members positions
In order to expedite proceedings during the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing (a simple email) by 5:00 PM on June 17th, 2025.
Each nomination must be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing.
Written nominations must be sent to Yanick Poulin, President of the Election Committee, at yanickpoulin@pipsc.ca.
Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who cannot make it to the 2025 AGM must advise the Election Committee in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated and provide the following information:
- your name
- the position for which you are applying
- the names of two Montreal CP Sub-Group members supporting your nomination
- a short presentation of yourself and motivations (not mandatory)
Note: In this Call for Applications, the masculine generic is used without discrimination to facilitate reading.
