Paul spoke about the Agenda handed out and asked if anyone had any objections. No objections.

Paul spoke about the 2021-06-15 AGM Minutes handed out, ask if anyone had further comment or questions. None.

- Financial Report:
Paul explained how the Executive normally contributes and holds various events, in recognizing and appreciating members, as well as sharing information and promoting the union. However, the pandemic has hampered such efforts in recent years and this is reflected in the financial statements. He went on to present, request, answer questions and obtain approval of the Income Statement for Fiscal Period Ending November 29, 2022, and the 2023 Budget. Moved to approve the financial statements:

- Report of the AFS Subgroup President, Chris Coghlin:
Chris opened the meeting by thanking everyone for taking the time to attend, and he thanked the executive. He started with presenting current bargaining results and spoke about professional leave, Christmas Eve, employer and union demands, career development and second language courses, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Family Day, sick leave plan, meals in overtime, union change leave, vacation, notice for leave without pay, and compensation time schedules among other items. Chris advised no discussion yet on economic increases; this is usually the last item of negotiated.
Chris went on to share economic increases achieved by other groups and amounts being negotiated by some groups, who are currently negotiating this item.
Chris advised the Public Service Health Care Plan was changing and went on to explain some of these changes: Canada Life, requirement for documents, limit changes, dispensing fees, and dental plan among other items.
Chris spoke a little about Compressed Schedule and “stacking” of compressed days off.
A question was raised about whether the union was following the effects of CPP enhancements on the Integration of CPP and our pension. Chris spoke about the union’s involvement in pension changes.
The President’s report was approved.
