On October 16, 2025, after two weeks of negotiations, the PIPSC – CTC Group bargaining team is pleased to announce that it has signed a tentative agreement, concluding this round of bargaining.
This agreement must now be ratified by the PIPSC- CTC Group membership. All regular members in good standing will receive the voting instructions by email. Ensure your contact information is up to date so that you can participate in the vote.

A Yes vote means: You are accepting all of the changes proposed in the tentative agreement. Those changes will take place at the date of the signing (except as otherwise noted).
A No vote means: You reject the tentative agreement and instruct the bargaining team to take additional measures, up to and including job action or taking the necessary steps to be in a legal strike position.
Details regarding an upcoming information session and times for members to meet with bargaining team members to individually discuss the details of this tentative agreement will be posted soon.
