A tentative agreement was signed with MAGE, completing this round of negotiations. We again thank all the members of the MAGE Group for their support in getting to a deal!
This agreement must now be ratified by the MAGE Group membership. An electronic vote will be held in order to ratify this agreement.
The bargaining team unanimously recommends the acceptance of this tentative agreement.
All regular members in good standing will receive voting instructions by email. Those Engineers who have not registered with PIPSC will not be provided the opportunity to vote. To confirm your membership status, and to register with the Institute, please visit Members Tools.
The voting will be open from March 7, 2022 to March 14, 2022, at 12:00 PM (CST).

A Yes vote means: You are accepting all of the changes proposed in the tentative agreement. Those changes will take place at the date of the signing (except as otherwise noted).
A No vote means: You reject the tentative agreement and instruct the Bargaining Team to take additional measures, up to and including job action or taking the necessary steps to be in a legal strike position.
