It’s time to show your colours!
Your bargaining team will be meeting once again with the Treasury Board on March 31 and April 1, 2026.
We ask you to demonstrate your support by taking a photo of yourself:
- wearing blue
- holding an IT Group visibility item
- standing in front of a monitor displaying the “I support my Bargaining Team” virtual background or holding a sign indicating your support

Your bargaining team is working very hard to push back on the employer’s direction to return to the office by negotiating strong telework language that would enshrine your right to work remotely.
The employer is seeking to limit and amend the protection of your rights under work force adjustment. We will fight not just to maintain, but to improve, that protection and your rights in a new collective agreement.
I cannot stress enough how critical your support is to our success in negotiations.
