**PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE BC VACCINATION CARD AND ID TO MATCH NAME ON CARD. AS WELL, MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE WORN WHEN NOT SITTING AT YOUR TABLE.

Acceptance of Agenda
Review and Approval of 2019 and 2020 (secretarial) AGM minutes
Guest Speaker – Commerce and Purchasing President Andree Doucet (via Zoom)
Reports – President’s Report and Financial Report
Nominations and Election for the following positions, on the SVI CP Subgroup Executive: (Nominations may be brought to the floor at the AGM.)
President – 3 year term
Vice President – 3 year term
Treasurer – 3 year term
Up to 1 additional Member-At-Large – 3 year term

The menu will be a delicious and varied fare, to cater to most restrictions! Each member will receive two (alcohol) beverage tickets.
