To promote mental health and wellness and in celebration of warmer days to come, the CP Gatineau Sub-Group would like to invite you to a virtual member engagement participation event called “Art While Apart” on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This virtual event will be hosted by students from Algonquin College and will include a relaxing painting session with fun activities throughout. The event will take place via Zoom. The recommended age is 12+.
A week before the event, registered participants will receive an email to select one of various locations within the NCR, where they can pick up their art kits.
- Each art kit will have all necessary supplies (brushes, tool, canvas, tray, paint etc.) All you need is a glass of water and some paper towels nearby.
- Up to 2 complimentary kits can be provided per member
- If you require additional kits beyond 2, you will be put on a first come, first serve waiting list subject to availability. A checklist of easily accessible painting supplies can be provided.
Getting together virtually is just as important as before. We encourage you to turn on your cameras!
