  1. Inner Healing for Meaningful Indigenous Reconciliation - Still Confirming
    1. Description: Decolonization holds significant importance for personal and organizational transformation. To create meaningful Indigenous reconciliation beyond tokenism, it is crucial to recognize the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous communities within the workplace. This workshop aims to prioritize inner healing as the central focus, providing participants with the tools and understanding to build authentic relationships, embrace the love ethic, and act as effective allies in the reconciliation journey.
    2. Workshop Speaker: Candace Linklater, The Resilient Indigenous Women Co.

  1. Bystander Intervention Training - Confirmed

  1. Navigating During Times of Crisis - Still Confirming
    1. Description: This session equips people leaders with the tools and skills required to create inclusive environments that recognize political injustice, denounce discrimination, and model equity-driven behaviour during times of political crisis and/or collective trauma. Leaders will learn how to develop formal responses to global events, centre the needs of those experiencing marginalization, hold safer/braver spaces, and differentiate self-care from apathy.
