GENERAL GUIDELINES
Liaise with liberated PIPSC representatives to communicate the strategic directions of the Institute and build linkages between the work of liberated stewards and the key strategic result areas of the organization.
Liaise with liberated stewards and groups to determine the nature and number of liberated representatives at the Institute.
Document feedback from liberated stewards with regard to their experiences, success stories and suggestions related to liberated steward status and activities.
Conduct a review of liberated stewards, having particular regard to the areas for review identified below.
Produce a work plan with deliverables, milestones and time lines for completion of the work identified below.
Submit progress reports to VP Hindle on a bi-monthly basis.
Submit a final report to VP Hindle by December 1, 2017

- Related By-Laws, regulations and other foundational documents;
- Types of liberated representatives, including wholly and partly liberated representatives, Group Presidents, Consultation Presidents and others, identifying the scope and jurisdiction of such liberated representatives;
- Written agreements currently in place;
- Prevalence of liberated stewards by region and group;
- Basis for liberated status;
- Activities of liberated stewards;
- Reporting structure of liberated stewards;
- Reporting of work done by liberated stewards;
- Expenses related to liberated stewards;
- Analysis of value of liberated stewards;
- Best practices for liberated stewards
