Important notes:
A meal will be provided to the first hundred (100) registered participants.
In order to register, please send an e-mail to by February 17th at Ronald Pétion at RonaldR.Petion@cra-arc.gc.ca or by phone at 514 283-1024. Select your meal choice between chicken cordon bleu, vegetables stuffed bell peppers or grilled salmon. However, all members in good standing can attend the AGM (first part).

Call for nominations
In accordance with the Montreal AFS Sub-Group By-Laws, be advised that the Executive positions for the Montreal AFS Sub-Group (President and two [2] Members-at-Large positions) are to be filled by election at the Sub-Group’s 2018 AGM, scheduled for Friday, February 23, 2018.
In order to expedite proceedings on the night of the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing (a simple email) before 5 p.m. on Februray 17th, 2018. All nominations must be made by a member in good standing and supported by another member in good standing. Written nominations must be sent to the Chair of the Montreal AFS Sub-Group’s Election Committee, Mr. Marco Roy. Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who expect to be absent from the 2018 AGM must advise the Election Committee in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.
Members already part of the executive will seek a new mandate for said position.
