Prairie/NWT Region Virtual Steward Training Notice

Dear Stewards,
Although our in person Steward Council was cancelled for 2021 there is some training that will be offered virtually by the Regional Office Staff.
The training will walk you through the common issues that arise with return to office, following work from home due to the pandemic. The intent of this session is to cover the high notes of the support our members need with respect to returning to offices, from the vaccine mandate to accommodations and flexible work arrangements.
There will be two sessions offered:
Monday, November 22 - 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm (MST)
Wednesday, November 24 - 10:00 am until 11:30 am (MST)
Please register for only one session by NOVEMBER 18, 2021.
Compensatory salary of 1.5 hours will be available for participants in accordance with the Policy on Financial Support for Member Participation - (BOD - 26Jul19).docx - Google Docs If due to your work circumstances you need more than 1.5 hours to participate, please contact Nancy McCune at nmccune@pipsc.ca.
