Invitation to Lethbridge Branch AGM, May 4, 2023
The Lethbridge Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Drinks: 5:00 to 6:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 to 7:00pm
Meeting: 7:00 PM
If you wish to attend, please register by emailing Todd McCoy at Toddmccoy@pipsc.ca. The registration deadline is April 20, 2023. If you have any dietary restrictions please state that in your registration.
Elections will take place for the following positions for a two year term: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and up to 7 members-at- large. If you are interested in running for a position on the executive, please email Robert Beggs at rbeggs@shaw.ca and state which position you are interested in. Nominations will also be taken on the floor of the AGM.
The meeting will include the following items:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of Budget
- Report of the Elections Committee
- New Business, including By-Law Amendments
