Edmonton Branch AGM

LOCATION: New Tan Tan Restaurant
The Edmonton Branch will be holding our AGM on March 2, 2022 beginning at 5:30 and ending at approximately 8:30 PM. The logistics of the AGM will be dependent on COVID regulations. Please note that PIPSC requires all members attending in person events to be fully vaccinated.
The actual notice to attend the AGM will be issued in mid February. The notice will include positions up for election and any guest speakers. At this time we hope to know the provincial rules for in person events.
The intention of this notice is to ensure that we receive any proposals for amendments to our bylaws prior to the issuance of our AGM notice so that they may be included in our AGM notice. Our Branch bylaws state that “all proposals for amendments to these by-laws shall be submitted in writing to the executive”. Please forward any proposed by-law amendments to slosinski@pipsc.ca no later than Feb 11,2022.
