1. Opening remarks

Director acknowledged land that we met on and welcomed ORE. Welcomed Felix and Meaghan. Introduction to ORE, main highlights.        

2. Appointment of portfolios
   1. Vice-Chair – Din Kamaldin
      1. An election was held as two members put forth their interest: Tom Zaharopoulos and Din Kamaldin.
