Configuration of certain desks next to forecast area, only 3ft between desks.
They are facing same direction. With the monitor arm on each desk, lessens area where a chair can be maneuvered.
Last month we got an updated floor plan, chairs now are back to back. This allows more space for chairs to move around.

Andrea: case by case basis
Andrea: continue to report building issues to the call centre. If we don’t report issues they will say that all is fine since they have received no complaints
No one has heard from their respective management about the PSES
