Minutes:

1. Meeting called to order at 1815 hrs by Gary Desbiens (President).
2. Update on hockey game for member appreciation event on Saturday February 22^nd, 2025, at 1600 hrs.
   • Need to cancel due to members cancelling when members were prompted to pay; we don’t have a minimum number of people to move forward with the event.
   • Survey will be sent out to members to get feedback on what happened.
3. Organization of AGM on May 15, 2025, at 1730 hrs: potential speakers include new president (Sean O’Reilly), full time VP (Katie Francis & Stephanie Frechette); Italo Club is booked.
4. Budget reviewed.
5. Extra swag to provide to members at various sites; do not need to buy any new swag items for AGM except pens.
6. Next Executive meeting Wednesday April 2, 2025, at 1800 hrs at Tom’s Place.
7. Meeting adjourned at 1850 hrs.
