Pamela is an Accredited Financial Counsellor of Canada (AFCC) and a member of the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education® (AFCPE)
Topics to include:
This seminar is beneficial to members who are care providers to their senior parents and will help in determining what type of retirement they can afford based on income and net worth. It will offer guidance on how to determine net-worth and living arrangements in retirement. Members are encouraged to bring their senior parents as their guest.
The following questions will be addressed:
- Can I afford to stay in my home?
- Can I afford to move to a retirement residence?
- What to do if I have debts?
- Will I outlive my money?
- How do I create a budget to fit my retirement needs and income?
- Can I afford to leave anything for my children?
- How much money can I spend?
- Do I need a Power of Attorney and a Will?
This presentation is being provided in English only at this time.

Light supper will be served at 5:30 pm., the session begins at 6:00 pm.
Session will run about 2.0 hrs.

PIPSC at 250 Tremblay Road (Parking lot east side is free after 5 pm).
