NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE VICTORIA AFS SUB-GROUP/CRA BRANCH

Date:                Monday, June 12, 2023

Time:               5:00 Social, 5:45 Meeting, 7:00 Dinner

Place:               Olympic View Golf Club

                        643 Latoria Rd.

Any member may attend the meeting (before dinner) at 5:45. If you wish to attend the dinner after the meeting, please e-transfer $5 to John Harrison at jharrison_22@hotmail.com who will reserve your seat and forward your name and the collected funds to the Treasurer. Please include your name in the e-transfer message. Arrangements can be made if you would like to pay the $5 to a steward working in office. Dinner seats must be reserved and are limited to 40 members. Alcohol is available at this venue. Please be responsible if you choose to drink. If you drink, don’t drive. Arrange for a designated driver, taxi, bus, or other means of transportation.

REQUEST FOR NOMINATIONS:

The following Executive positions of the Victoria AFS sub-group/CRA branch are up for election at the AGM:

• VICE-PRESIDENT (three-year term)
• TREASURER (three-year term)

You can get nomination forms from any of your local stewards. The Executive has appointed Dalyce Levesque, PIPSC member, as this year’s Election Committee. Nominations may be submitted to Dalyce either before or at the AGM.
