2.    Secretary presented the minutes from the last meeting, Oct 2019.  Minutes were reviewed and Eva motioned to accept, seconded by Christina. Nil opposed. 

3. NEW BUSINESS

1.    Treasurer’s Report. Christina has been appointed Treasurer, taking over from Henry. Henry and Christina completed the handover. Christina and Graham now have financial signing authority, and both must provide a copy of their photo ID (front and back) for the bank.

2.    Secretary’s Report. Graham has been appointed Secretary, taking over from Matthew. Eva completed a handover with Graham. The membership list will be updated.

3.    President’s Report. Marcel is meeting with the Wing Commander on November 15^th to discuss UMCCs, approval levels for travel outside of Canada and issues with contracting out. He will also be meeting with the 1 CAD Commander in the coming weeks. Resolutions from the PIPSC AGM were also discussed, specifically the constituent body funding increase and the fund for visibility items in the Atlantic Region. Marcel motioned to accept, seconded by Eva.

4. OPEN DISCUSSION

1. The PIPSC 100^th Anniversary is approaching. The branch is planning a workplace coffee break either within the workplaces or at the Annapolis Mess (to be determined).  

2. Movie night may take place this winter, most likely after the Christmas break.

3. The Christmas Party will take place December 17^th at Dooly’s in Greenwood (reservation to be confirmed). Eva will organize the food. Tom Eaton has agreed to organize the pool tournament. Marcel will send invites w/ RSVP. The SH subgroup has agreed to organize the prizes.

4. The executive is looking into providing visibility items for new stewards in the workplace (i.e. jacket with PIPSC 100^th logo).
