INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Jonathan Tweedie called the meeting to order at 1140 hrs. Minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted by all.

2. OLD BUSINESS
a. There was no interest in filling the NOC/ROC representative position, Jonathan will attend meeting in Ottawa.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. AGM will be held on 21 Sept. Jonathan will send out reminder email.
b. Discussed ideas for the Christmas luncheon and set date of 20 Dec at Dooley’s.
c. Discussed ideas for sub-group events to engage members and provide camaraderie. Dave will look into venue options.
