1. Brian declared quorum and called meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. Agenda was provided in advance electronically. Abraham put the motion to approve the Agenda and seconded by Andrew. The Agenda was approved.
3. OCB Executive Meeting Minutes from November 18, 2019 (Minutes) - provided electronically.
4. Zul put the motion to table the Minutes to the next meeting. Motion seconded by Abraham. Motion Carried.
5. Brian declared that there was no other business to discuss. Michael put the motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Tom. Motion Carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
