SUB GROUP EXECUTIVE MEETING
HELD 24 Oct 19 AT 1200 HRS

INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
- Eva Henshaw called the meeting to order at 1210 hrs. Minutes from the last meeting held in May were read and accepted by all.

1. OLD BUSINESS
- Discussed member list, current list is located on the shared drive dated 17 May 19. Will request updated list.
- ARC was attended by Graham Joanisse.
- Eva Henshaw and Marcel Journeay attended the PIPSC AGM.
- Lunch and Learn on classification held on 4 June 19.
2. NEW BUSINESS
- Discussed annual combined Branch Christmas event. Tentative date 18 or 19 Dec.
- Discussed creating a register to track inventory of unused gift cards. Eva Henshaw will provide cards to Erika Best to inventory and maintain record.
- Discussed bargaining and submission of PIC. Bargaining team will engage members through information sessions. Greenwood will hold session on 14 November.
- PIPSC 100 year anniversary is in February. Regional offices will have celebrations. Eva Henshaw will survey members to determine if there is any interest in organizing transportation to attend Halifax event. Discussed having coffee and cupcakes locally. In addition Eva Henshaw will cost PIPSC coffee sleeves to provide to local members.
- PIPSC AGM Nov 8-9. Will be attended by Eva Henshaw and Marcel Journeay.
- We have a CS member retiring, provided gift card.
