AGM Committee Report

The AV Group is pleased to host its annual AGM at the Hilton Lac-Leamy on Saturday June 22, 2019.

It will be held in the Salon Royal at the Hilton Lac-Leamy and will begin at 9:00AM

All delegates will receive a complimentary back pack compliments of the AV Group executive upon signing in.

Beverages, breakfast and lunch will be served to all Delegates and Observers attending the AGM.

For Delegates and Observers who wish to attend. The AV Group will be hosting hospitality on the night of June 21, 2019 in the Salon Executif (Casino side) of the Hilton Lac-Leamy.

Start time of the event is 7:00PM and will run until midnight.

This will be an excellent opportunity to mingle with other AV members, enjoy some light snacks and have a drink.
