Notice of AGM, call for delegate applications
The 2019 SP Annual General Meeting (AGM), your forum to provide direction to your Executive, will be held in Montreal, Quebec on Saturday, April 6th, 2019 at the Delta Hotel, Montreal (475 President Kennedy Avenue).
In accordance with the group constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the AGM. The Executive shall determine the selection of delegates.
One delegate shall be chosen for each 200 Regular and Retired Members by geographic region (SP bylaw 8.1.4). The delegate breakdown for the 2019 AGM is given below.

Application DEADLINE: If you are interested in attending the AGM as a delegate, please fill in the Online Registration Form before February 22nd, 2019, 4:00 p.m. (Ottawa time).
Once the selection of delegates is finalized, the selected members will be notified. If you are selected, expenses and salary will be covered by PIPSC in accordance with the PIPSC Travel Policy.
