Ottawa West Branch - EAP for Tough Situations
The Ottawa West Branch invites you, OWB members, to join us for a networking and learning event on EAP for Tough Situations.
As life evolves we suddenly face an obstacle, a challenge, a hiccup when we least expect it and some of us try and cope, others lose interest and focus, and some feel all energy sapped from their being. This is where just calling a 3rd party and venting, blowing off steam, or just knowing there is an alternate path to consider gives us the will to reset, refocus, and rethink. The presenter is Diana MacTier who has been with the Federal Public Service as an EAP Counsellor over the last 23 years. Come and learn how you can calm your mind and still manage the chaos.
