The 75th Atlantic Regional Council Meeting will be held at the Delta Beauséjour the afternoon of Friday, May 25th and Saturday, May 26th.
Following is the ARC Delegate Allotment determined by the Atlantic Regional Executive.

Please provide me with the name(s) of your delegate(s) and alternate(s) no later than Monday, March 12th. Delegates will be contacted with details for registration, travel and accommodations. Please note that full participation and attendance in the scheduled meets is required or expenses may not be covered.
Observers are welcome, but all associated expenses must be covered by the sponsoring Branch/Group. To ensure sufficient space and seating, names of observers are required by Monday, March 12th.
A draft agenda is attached. The ARC meeting materials will be available for review in an online Virtual Binder. Notification will be sent to you and the delegates when the binder is posted - I anticipate May 4th.
Please note, resolutions to be included in the meeting package are due by Friday, April 13th. Attached is a document entitled 75th ARC Resolutions.
In order for documents to be translated and included in the virtual binder and meeting package, please respect the deadlines for receipt of materials.
Attached, is information on Regional Executive Elections to take place at the Council meeting and the Executive of the Year Award. Please review the material and give some thought to the nominations.
