The new collective agreement was signed on October 15, 2025 at the Chalk River Laboratories. This concludes this most historic round of bargaining, which brought forward a number of important issues as well as challenges.
While the agreement includes some modest gains and maintains key protections for our members, the bargaining team recognizes that several priorities remain unaddressed. We approached this round united with determination and a clear mandate, and we will continue to advocate for improvements in future negotiations.
We thank all members for their support throughout the process. Your solidarity throughout this round was the key to securing changes to the extended health and dental benefits for the first time in 25 years.
