Under Agenda Item #10, elections will be held for the following positions, each of which carry a 2-year term:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Director: 3 positions

Nominations for positions will be accepted by email to bbusby@pipsc.ca or from the floor of the AGM.

Please note that, under the Sub-Group By-Laws, all members of the Sub-Group executive must be or become a Steward.

For those who wish to attend in person, please note that seating is limited to 50 members and, in the event that more than 50 members wish to attend in person, seats will be allocated based on the order in which RSVPs are received. Provision is also being made for virtual participation – instructions on how to participate virtually will be provided to those who wish to participate in this manner.

A buffet dinner will be served to those attending in person.
