Notice of OSB Annual General Meeting and Elections – Wednesday October 8, 2025

Time: 5:00 pm  Registration and Buffet Dinner
         6:00 p.m. Meeting & Elections

Location: PIPSC HQ 250 Tremblay Rd, Boardroom A/B, Ottawa .  Free parking behind the building available after 5:00.  Paid parking to the side.

In accordance with By-Law 7 of our Constitution and By-Laws, we are requesting nominations from all OSB members for the OSB Executive positions hereunder. The candidates will be elected for a term of two years to commence January 1, 2026. Nominations may be submitted to ottawasb@pipsc.ca or may be made from the floor of the Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Nomination Form can be found by clicking  HERE

Vice-President – 2 year term
NAVCAN Representative – 2 year term
Member at Large – 2 year term (2 positions)

Members of the Ottawa South Branch are cordially invited to participate in an In-Person  Annual General Meeting. Members will be able to voice their input towards determining how our Branch activities could be directed to proceed in the following year.  A light supper will be provided.

You belong to the Ottawa South Branch - if your assigned place of work location is in the NCR bounded East of the Rideau River, South of Highway 417 and extending to Eastern Boundary of NCR and you do not work for DND, HC.
