Fredericton SP Subgroup 2025 Annual General Meeting

All SP members in the Fredericton/Oromocto area are cordially invited by the Fredericton SP Sub-Group Executive to join us for our Annual General Meeting.

  1. Introductions
  2. Approval of Agenda
  3. Approval of Previous AGM Minutes
  4. President and Treasurer’s Reports (Budget Approval)
  5. Guest Speaker (SP Executive Team Member)
  6. Election of Officers – Vice President (2 Year Term), Treasurer (2 Year Term)  and Member-at-Large(s) (4, 1 Year Term)-Nominations to be made from floor of AGM, please reach out to an executive member if you would like to run but can’t make meeting
  7. New Business/Q&A

 

Dinner and refreshments will be provided by the Fredericton SP Subgroup Executive. Minglers will provide menus which participants can order from.
