1. Approval of Agenda – Moved Mike Fisher, Seconded Deb Butler.  Carried

2. Approval of 2021 AGM Minutes – Moved Hazra Hosein, Seconded Steve Payne. Carried

3. President’s Report
   • The President welcomed everyone.

• • President strongly advised that unions should stick together at this time.
• • New from PIPSC AGM - PIPSC is taking the first step in becoming environmentally friendly by eliminating the use of single plastic use e.g. Cutlery, plates etc.

4. Financial Report
   • Treasurer presented how funds are received and dispersed during a fiscal year via the budgeting process.

• • The Treasurer motioned to receive the 2021 financial reports and the 2021 proposed budget.  Seconded – Shelley Moring.  Carried.
• • The Treasurer motioned to receive the 2022 YTD spending.     Seconded Shelley Moring.  Carried.

5. Elections

• • The Following positions were up for elections:
    Deborah Butler - Vice President

Hazra Hosein – Member-at-large
Jamie Buell – Member-at-large
Kendra Moore – Member-at-large
Lisa Shears – Member-at-large
