1. Marcel called the meeting to order at 1200hrs. He welcomed the members of the Executive.

2. The Treasurer presented the minutes from the last meeting, 12 Nov 2023. Minutes were reviewed, Marcel motioned to accept, seconded by Chad. Nil Opposed. |

3. REPORTS a. Treasurer’s Report: A quick update was given. |

4. OLD BUSINESS/ONGOING a. An invitation has gone out to Colin for the upcoming Christmas social. David has received Ivans contact info and a gift card will be sent to him for his retirement. b. We successfully recruited a Member-At-Large to the Exec. c. Open discussions were had to gage interest on member events that would interest personnel. d. Lunch & Learn – Discussed having one on the updated EAP. e. AGM – Was held 7 Dec 2023 at the Capital. 5. NEW BUSINESS a. We held a combined meeting with the subgroup to discuss the upcoming Christmas social. Dooleys has been booked, invitations have been distributed. The Branch confirmed it would pay for the Food and venue. The Sub-Group confirmed it will pay for the beverages and door prizes. b. Next Executive Meeting is TBD. |
