The AGM will be held in the Notre Dame A room at the Four Points Hotel, 35 rue Laurier, Gatineau, QC, Canada.
We’d like to invite you to be part of the Subgroup executive.
Our strength is in our members’ engagement. By taking a leadership role in our union community, you will steer PIPSC toward the goals of improving our members’ lives and making progress on issues that matter most to us and the broader labor movement in Canada.
A complimentary plated dinner will be served for Members only, starting at 6:30 pm. Be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions you may have in the online registration form.

Bylaw 8.1.4 AGM Agenda
The agenda shall include the following items:
Approval of the Agenda
Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
Business Arising from the Minutes Report of the President
Annual Financial Report Approval of Budget
Report of the Elections Committee
New Business, including By-Law Amendments
Elections:
We are accepting nominations for the following positions:
- 1 President, 1 Vice-President, 1 Treasurer and 1 Secretary - 2-year term for each position
- 7 Members-at-Large - 2-year term for each member-at-large
Total of 11 Executives
