Under Agenda Item #10, elections will be held for the following positions on the AFS Headquarters Sub-Group executive:

            President - 1 position for a 2-year term

            Treasurer - 1 position for a 2-year term

            Director - 3 positions for 2-year terms

Nominations will be accepted by email to awojcik@pipsc.ca or from the floor of the AGM. Please note Article 13 of the AFS Headquarters Sub-Group By-Laws:

“Because all members of the Sub-Group executive are required to consult with the employer on behalf of the members, then, to be a candidate or remain an officer, the person must be a member and must be or become a Steward.”

Dinner will be served, featuring a chicken or vegetarian main dish, starter salad, dessert, and tea/coffee beverages.
