Please find attached the minutes of the Environment & Climate Change Canada Labour-Management Consultation Committee Meeting held on November 24, 2021.
As per the Labour-Management Consultation Framework at Environment and Climate Change Canada, we hold meetings with management twice per year. At the national level, the Deputy Minister, the Associate Deputy Minister and all Branch Heads participate in the meeting, where bargaining Agents bring their priority issues for consultation, which have not been resolved at lower levels.
We are sharing these minutes to keep all our members informed of our consultation, as well as to encourage our members to bring their issues to the attention of the PIPSC National Consultation Team and stewards.
Please note that we also hold bi-annual consultation meetings with Branch heads, where we bring up issues that are in the purview of an Assistance Deputy Minister (or Branch Head) for discussion and resolution.
