Please find attached the minutes of the Environment & Climate Change Canada Human Resource Branch Labour-Management Consultation Committee Meeting held on September 26, 2023.
As per the Labour-Management Consultation Framework at Environment and Climate Change Canada, we hold meetings with senior management twice per year. Branch Heads (Assistance Deputy Minister) participate in the meeting, where bargaining Agents bring their priority issues for consultation, which have not been resolved at lower levels.
We are sharing these minutes to keep all our members informed of our consultation, as well as to encourage our members to bring their issues to the attention of the PIPSC National Consultation Team and stewards.
