Hello WTEG members,
Your bargaining team, in collaboration with the WPEG team, engaged in negotiations with the Company from May 12th to 15th, 2025. We are happy to announce that we reached a tentative agreement with the company, concluding our negotiations. We will hold a ratification meeting in approximately two weeks. All members will be provided with the full tentative agreement as well as a summary of the changes. At the ratification meeting everyone who attends will vote on the new contract.
As we reach a settlement, we stand in solidarity with CRPEG, who are going into their last negotiations with the company before heading towards strike action. Supporting CRPEG in their negotiations will help them secure a fair deal.
