Over the past several months, the Pay Equity Committee at Destination Canada has worked tirelessly to finalize the draft pay equity plan. The draft pay equity plan is available at DC Intranet, and employees can provide comments and feedback until December 17, 2024. We encourage members to share their comments with the Pay Equity Committee, but also with PIPSC staff officers.
