The SP Group includes members with the following classification: Actuary (AC), Agriculture (AG), Biologist (BI), Chemist (CH), Forester (FO), Meteorologist (MT), Physical Scientist (PC), Scientific Regulation (SG) and Patent Examination (PAT).

For this AGM there are 7 positions available on the Vancouver SP Sub-Group Executive. The term of office is for two (2) years.

The nominees should attach a brief statement (200 words max.) of their qualifications, which if a contest is declared, would be used if they are not present at the meeting.
