- Opening of meeting and approval of agenda
Meeting called to order by Rolfe at 11:50.
Approved the agenda with no changes, motioned by Rolfe, seconded by Dave.
- Lunch and Learn– discussion.
Date of Lunch and Learn decided. Lunch and Learn will occur on June 27, 2019 at 11:45 Central Standard Time;
Lunch and Learn will only be for SP Subgroup;
Topics that will be covered at the Lunch and Learn will include: PIPSC 101 (Rolfe, Shawn or Leanne present), update on Bargaining Agreement (Dave present), and an update on Phoenix settlement (Dave present);
Poster for Lunch and Learn needs to be created and delivered to PIPSC national two weeks prior to Lunch and Learn;
Need to find a location and verify if it is teleconference compatible; and,
Naeem will organize food and Leanne will organize drinks
TO DO
- Rolfe to look into availability of AAFC 318 board room;
- Naeem to order food from Caraway Grill;
- Leanne to organize drinks;
- Rolfe to contact Shawn Kemball and check on his availability for the June 27, 2019 meeting;
- Dave to create poster and prepare updates for the Bargaining Agreement and Phoenix Settlement; and,
- Leanne to bring banner
