Notice of AGM, call for delegate applications and proposed amendments to SP Group constitution and by-laws
The 2018 SP Annual General Meeting (AGM), your forum to provide direction to your Executive, will be held in the National Capital Region on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at the Delta hotel, 101 Lyon street, Ottawa. In accordance with the group constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the AGM. The Executive shall determine the selection of delegates.
One delegate shall be chosen for each 200 Regular and Retired Members by geographic region (SP bylaw 9.1.5). The delegate breakdown for the 2018 AGM is given below.

Proposed By-Law Amendments
According to our SP Group By-Laws Clause 12.2: All proposals for amendments to these By-Laws shall be submitted, in writing, to the Executive. Copies of all proposed amendments shall be included with the notice of the Annual or Special General.
A copy of all proposed By-law amendments will be emailed to SP members (please see email sent on February 6, 2018):
