Members of the Bargaining Team for the SH Group met in Ottawa April 11 to April 13, 2018, for preparatory meetings for the upcoming round of bargaining. The Bargaining Survey will be distributed to the SH membership on April 19, 2018, and must be completed by May 3, 2018. This is an opportunity for members to identify issues and priorities for the upcoming round of bargaining and communicate this information to the SH Bargaining Team. Members of the Bargaining Team will continue to meet with members in focus groups across the country to identify additional concerns and determine areas requiring further consideration. Pay analysis for each profession will be conducted with assistance from PIPSC staff. The Bargaining Team is meeting with the SH Subgroup Presidents May 7, 2018, for collaboration. Following this meeting contact information for each occupation will be posted. The Bargaining Team will be meeting for further preparation May 8 to May 11, 2018. For any questions or concerns please contact the SH Group Negotiator (Jean-Paul Leduc) or the Communications Officer (Adam Fenwick) of the SH Bargaining Team. Contact information is found on the PIPSC SH Group Website.
