CALL TO ORDER
President called the meeting to order at 1:10 PM and welcomed everyone.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES last meeting prior Covid 19: Motion to approve the minutes of the Dec. 1, 2020
OLD BUSINESS REVIEWED Action items tabled until next Executive meeting
NEW BUSINESS: None
TREASURERS REPORT: Noel White presented an overview of the Chapter finances and explained that problems with access to the Chapter account had been rectified. However the outstanding number of signing authority has to be rectified at the National level. We currently have $1761.59 in our BMO account and it is anticipated that we are completely viable into next year.
Action item: Don Eldershaw to contact National Treasurer and inform him that we now have access to our account with BMO
REPORTS: As there has been no meetings due to the Covid 19 restrictions no report made.

ROUND TABLE:
- Questions on the prosed changes to the health plan. Action: Don Eldershaw to bring to the National Executive meeting on June 9th,
- Web site: It was suggested that the Chapter website include a cost analysis showing that the RMG is cost positive to PIPSC.
- Brian Wolfe spoke on the advantages og belonging to a National Retirees group other than the RMG. He will send the URL of the website to Don Eldershaw for distribution to the membership.
- Gary Legassie to present plan for document control and distribution at the next meeting.
