The RE Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites at 361 Queen St., Ottawa, ON. from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Ottawa time). Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on site.
In accordance with the RE constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the 2022 RE AGM. The current RE Group Executive members are automatically assigned delegation spots.
Application DEADLINE: If you are interested in becoming a delegate to the RE Group AGM, please complete the registration form emailed to members on July 19th, 2022 before August 5th, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (Ottawa time). If you did not receive an invitation to register, please contact Elizabeth Burger at eburger@pipsc.ca at your earliest convenience.
The Delegate Selection Committee will make the final determination respecting the geographical proportion of the membership. Members of the Group not selected as delegates may attend and speak at the AGM as Observers, however only delegates are eligible to vote as well as to move and second motions. Furthermore, members who are not delegates will have to cover their own expenses.
